Utah Tall Celery produces dark green, stringless, crisp, and sweet stalks. It is a vigorous and widely adapted plant that can be grown in the home garden and harvested from summer to winter. It does not require blanching and is resistant to some pests and diseases. It can be eaten fresh or cooked.
