Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup Policy
Shipping:
Our products are live plants. Because we guarantee our products, we do not leave the delivery up to a third party, and therefore do not offer shipping at this time.

Delivery:
May: Saturdays, 10am -4pm
June - July: 2pm - 4 pm
We are a local family company. As such, we want to preserve our family time and conserve our resource while at the same time increasing community participation in the gardening movement and offering exceptional customer support.
Due to these factors, we have decided to offer free delivery to Orem residents, our home city, and to charge a $5 delivery fee to residents of Provo, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lidon, and Springville.
We do not offer delivery outside of this area at this time. We are happy to meet you at a designated location in one of the cities above to make our products more accessible, or you are welcome to contact us to see if we will be in an area outside of our designated delivery area.

May: Miner Family Residence - Saturdays from 10-4, Other times: by appointment.
June-July: Miner Family Residence - Saturdays 10-4, Provo Farmer's Market 10-2. Other times: by appointment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right, or we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund.
